Everything went smoothly with my purchase. Shipping was prompt and the unit arrived in perfect condition with everything included. I had an electrician on hand to do the 220v wiring. I filled the tub and was enjoying it within 24 hours of it being delivered.

I don’t think the service could be any better, great folks to deal with. The people I dealt with while purchasing the spa were very helpful and friendly. I was advised of all sale items and the difference between spas both pros and cons. The company even held my purchase until I was ready for delivery and it was shipped from Florida to Oregon.
I had a minor issue after initial start up of my hot tub, during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Eric helped me trouble shoot the issue via email and the phone. He figured out the problem and saved my weekend. Superb customer support and service!!

Excellent customer service, they dealt promptly with freight issue when trucking company called and wanted to have me pay the freight upon delivery. Spa price was to include freight.
