Typically I won’t do a review before receiving a product, but I have to in this case. What an amazing experience to be able to ask questions and get real and honest answers. I don’t really care if there are problems with the order, because I know I am going to be taken care of regardless. That is the way to run a business. I am absolutely ecstatic about getting my first hot tub from a company that gave me the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. Service is huge, and I don’t think there is a better company out there in any industry at providing first rate service. Period!
